HIPPO 5544P
General Description
The HIPPO 5544P is a PTO driven, 4-in-1 powerpack capable of operating
a hydraulic crane, plus air, electric & hydraulic tools, simultaneously.
Each function is completely independent of the others, and can be enabled
with a simple flip of a switch
Large Meter Truck for KCMO -- International 4300 Chassis with crane body & HIPPO 5544P
(The 5544P is sitting transversely on top of the through-compartment of the body)
The 5544P Will Provide:
- Hydraulic-driven generator: Capable of delivering up to 6,000W, 120 or 240 VAC, 60 HZ, 12V excited
- Hydraulic tool circuit: One circuit with pre-set flow dialed in at 10GPM @ 2000psi
- Hydraulic-driven air compressor: Rotary-Screw air compressor delivers 80cfm @ 110psi
- Auxiliary hydraulic circuit: Capable of operating a crane, hydraulic valve-operating device, or several other types of hydraulically driven tools.
- All power functions can be operated simultaneously, for continuous duty use
Instrument Package:
- Instrumentation includes: compressor-oil over-temp light, compressor
over-pressure light, hydraulic oil too low light, hydraulic oil temp light,
compressor oil temp gauge, compressor pressure gauge, compressor hour-meter,
hydraulic oil-temp gauge, PTO hour meter.
- Power-Functions are engaged independently of one another, in any combination,
whether one at a time, or all at once, via Honeywell, military-grade,
water-proof & weather-resistant toggle switches.
- Safety shutdown systems for high coolant and hydraulic oil temperature.
- Wiring system is color coded, numbered and labeled to indicate which
component part each wire operates, and whether it is positive or negative voltage.
